THE SNOW QUEEN
Skewbald Theatres production of the Snow Queen was performed at the Dugdale Centre, Enfield Town Chrismas 2011.
Many moons ago a wicked goblin created a cursed mirror which smashed into a thousand tiny pieces. A shard of this mirror fell into the eye of an unsuspecting little boy called Kay. Kay’s heart was turned to ice and he was whisked away by the Snow Queen. It is now up to his best friend Gerda to rescue him and bring him home. Gerda must travel many miles across vast snowy lands full of bizarre characters and strange creatures. With the help of her friend the Reindeer can Gerda reach the palace of the Snow Queen to break the spell and melt Kay’s frozen heart?
